Can I instantly download the movies and save them to watch when I wish?
Yes you have purchased them to save to your hard drive and backup to DVD if you so wish.
Is anything delivered to my home?
No all transactions and deliveries are done online.
Do you send E Mail?
We do send newsletters about updates and new movies and you can opt in or out of receiving these. It is worth subscribing as we send out special offers to account customers and they are not always available in the shop. We never send unsolicited e-mails.
Do you update the store?
We update the store regularly, if you wish to know about new and upcoming releases you can subscribe to the mailing list.
Will you sell my personal details?
No, we will never pass your personal information on to anyone else.

Yes. You are free to join and delete your account whenever you wish.

How many Emails will I receive when I create an account and/or place an order?
You will receive the following emails.
Creating an Account
1. When you create a new account you will receive an e-mail confirmation for the account that you create. This is a one off email and is standard when creating an account.
Placing an Order
1. When placing an order you will receive a confirmation email of the items in your shopping cart, ORDER PROCESS.
2. When your order is confirmed you will receive a receipt from our billing company, CCBill or whichever one is used. An order is not confirmed until your Credit Card has cleared through the processor.
3. You will then receive an e-mail that provides you with your User/Pass to access the download area to retrieve your order.
Please note:
The Download Area login is seperate from your personal account login and can be accessed through any page on the website.
If you have a free email account like Hotmail, Yahoo, Aol etc. and you do not receive your access email in a reasonable time please check any Spam or bulk mail folders in your email account for the email. If they have not arrived or have been blocked you will need to Contact us and we will send them again.
What information will show on my Credit Card statement?
Two things will show;
1. The amount you have been billed for
2. The billing companies name - eg CCBill.com
How long do I have to download my order?
You have 48 hours before the order expires however if you need more time or you have had a connection problem with your ISP just Contact us and we will assist you.
What is your refund policy?
We will make a refund only where all avenues to electronically delivery your order to you have been exhausted.
We do not refund generally as we feel all programmes are well described. If you are not sure it is what you want we suggest you Contact us and ask for advice before you order.
Delays in your ISP delivering your email to you is not our responsibility and it is your requirement to furnish a working email address free of spam filters to receive the mail we send you to complete your order. Your ISP failure does not constitute a refund, however we do our best to assist you and can reset your download area so you can retrieve your order items.
I now have two sets of passwords. Which one do I use for the downloads area to retrieve my order?
The user/pass you created for your account access is just for that purpose.
The user/pass sent to you with your order is for the download area and lasts for 48 hours.
[Download Area] Username = Goes in the top box
[Download Area] Password = Goes in the lower box (Please note they are case sensitive).
My user/pass to the downloads area is not being accepted?
The login details must be typed exactly as they were e-mailed to you as they are case sensitive.
If you have a firewall or your browser security is set too high this may be the cause. A medium security setting is more than adequate.
Also do not use any download managers. If you still have problems Contact us for assistance.
